Sugaring Wax with Rose Oil (Strip Free) - 120grams

Let's get sugaring!

 

Step 1:  Warm the Sugaring Wax: Gently microwave the Sugaring wax container for 5-second intervals. Stop and stir between each interval, checking the consistency. You want it to be pliable and spreadable, like soft caramel. Don't overheat or it will be too runny.

 

Step 2: Test the Sugaring Wax: Dab a small amount of Sugaring wax onto your wrist. If it feels too hot, let it cool slightly before proceeding.

 

Step 3: Apply the Sugaring wax: Scoop out a small amount of Sugaring wax with your fingers and form it into a ball. Apply the ball against the direction of hair growth, using your fingers to spread it into a thin layer.

 

Step 4: Grip and flick: Hold the skin taut (especially important in delicate areas) with your free hand. Using your fingers and wrist in a flicking motion, quickly pull the Sugaring wax back off in the direction of hair growth. This should remove the hair and dead skin cells.

 

Step 5: Rework the wax: Don't discard the used Sugaring! You can reform the ball and reuse it several times on the same area until it loses its stickiness.

 

Step 6: Repeat and refine: Continue applying, gripping, and flicking until all the hair in the desired area is removed. If you miss any hairs, you can go back over the area, but avoid going over the same spot too many times to prevent irritation.

 

Step 7: Clean up: After finishing, remove any leftover sugaring residue with lukewarm water and a clean washcloth. You can also apply a soothing lotion or gel to calm the skin.

Prep your skin by exfoliating 24 hours before sugaring (optional but helps to prevent ingrown hairs). Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free of oils and lotions.

 

Keep the skin clean and avoid perfume soaps, deodorant, or products with chemical irritants for 24 hours.

 

Always throw away the used Sugaring and never put it back in the jar.

 

Wash any excess Sugaring residue on your skin with lukewarm water.

 

Do not to shave in between Sugaring sessions.

 

Regularly cleanse and hydrate your skin.

Sugaring wax with Rose Oil is ideal for the face, however can be used on all areas of the body, including legs, arms, underarms, and bikini line. Be extra careful and use a gentle technique on sensitive areas.

Work in small sections: Start with a small area and gradually move on to larger areas as you gain confidence.

 

Apply gentle pressure: Use enough pressure to grip the hair, but don't be aggressive to avoid irritating your skin.

 

Work quickly: The Sugaring wax works best when it's warm, so try to work quickly to capture its optimal consistency

 

Be patient: Allow your skin 24-48 hours to recover before exfoliating or applying harsh products.

OVERHEATED SUGARING CAN CAUSE BURNS.

 

You should not use sugaring if any of the following apply: you’re using retinol or Vitamin C on your skin; you’re taking steroids; you’re on Accutane; you have bruising, swelling, rashes, open sores, a sunburn, cold sores, scares, irritated skin or have an active skin disease on the desired sugaring area such as folliculitis or eczema.

 

Before using Sugaring, test your skin reaction by applying a small part of the area you want to remove hair from. If, after 24 hours, there is no adverse reaction, Sugaring is safe to use.

 

If your skin experiences a reaction, immediately remove the product by rinsing it with cold water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

 

Skin may appear red for a short while after use.
