Sugaring Australia Shipping Policy

​

We are pleased to offer fast and reliable shipping on all Sugaring Australia orders.

Our carrier for domestic deliveries is Australia Post.

​

Orders are typically dispatched from our Headquarters within 24 hours of being placed. Please note that this does not include delivery times. Once dispatched, you can expect to receive your order within the following timeframes:

​

  • Express Post: 1-3 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
     

Important Information

Sugaring Australia is not liable for any delays caused by Australia Post. We cannot offer refunds for orders that are delayed in transit.

Sugaring Australia Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any Sugaring Australia items.

​

We understand this may be inconvenient, but the safety and hygiene of our customers are our top priorities. By adhering to this policy, we ensure that every product you receive is new, unused, and maintains the highest quality standards.

Before placing your order, please carefully review your selection to ensure you have chosen the correct products for your needs. Exceptions:

​

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace or exchange the product for you after verifying the issue.

​

Failure to contact Sugaring Australia within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for. Should you or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the Sugaring Australia Head Quarters (HQ). Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our HQ for two (2) days only and you must make arrangements with us to redirect the order. Orders not redirected within two (2) days of return will be disposed of as per our health and safety policies.

Incorrect Orders:

​

If you have received an incorrect product or are missing a product from your order, please notify Sugaring Australia within 24 hours of delivery via email at info@sugaringaustralia.com.

Refunds:

​

Sugaring Australia will only refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.
